IAA Buyer Salvage Auctions App Reviews

Its a great app for those times when you dont have access to a computer but it is very limited. The sorting feature for when you are looking at cars on your watchlist practically doesnt work. The only option that works correctly is the "A-Z" option. Of all of the problems, this is the one that bothers me the most

App works fine at times, tends to just reboot it self quite a bit. The reminders when auction is about to begin are way out of regular time, hours apart most of the times. App sometimes takes wayyyyy to long to load. Please fix it, getting pretty annoying.

Not reliable! Most of the time wont even open a live bid window. Iaa, get a new apps designer team!

To many glitches it Dosent even show all the cars on a computer you find more cars then in the app and search Dosent work half the time

As said above app is bad. Coparts App is much better. Iaa take some classes from copart maybe it will increase your sales. I know I buy from copart because its so much easier to buy from the on the go as I do most of my buys from my phone.

This isnt the worst app ever, but could certainly use improvement. -It crashes constantly, and has lots of glitches. -It also doesnt show nearly the amount of cars you can find online. -However, it usually shows cars that have already listed and are scheduled to go off.

WORST APP I EVER USED Freezes all the time. Refinements vague.

The app is junk ! gos right along with there warm anti customer service they wont follow through with anything then Ill turn around and threatening you. There a real fun bunch One of the worst companys to deal with ever !

Will crash and reset for no reasons. Isnt dependable for live auction. In saying that, when you go from item view to live auction the app will hang up and just get spinning wheel icon. Only extremely good if on a Wifi connection. Even if you have LTE. App needs polishing & I can only imagine the Apple Watch app. Wont say dont download, because for business its a needed thing, but, be mindful of traveling without wifi or tethering option!

Less user friendly than the website but works pretty well

The search feature is limited. You cannot search by your preferred year range and app freezes often. IAA needs to add additional features that the full website offers. Also, when you search want to bid. The app freezes and you have to go out of the app then come back in to place a bid.

It is an ok app but could have been better.

App needs big improvement! It wont let me bid live it says that now you can hear live bidding and it doesnt I would like to search by make and model and I cant I can only look at the auctions and scroll threw the cars
